Opinion (the point) [about air conditioning management of city hall]

We went to city hall for moving, procedure the other day after an interval of several years. Without if is said that is by entry, and fill out with mention stand, being hot, and sweat stopping; application gabichabichani. When we are ashamed, and sweat does not stop though we write, and another one is every day that is hot without air conditioning working for window if we hear. Place where a lot of citizens come and go is not comfortable. Cool air spot is far facility. Please think. Unpleasant.

Thanks for the input. It is very sorry to have been felt the agency is hot, and unpleasant. We carry out airconditioning in agency based on air-conditioning standard that Nagasaki-shi established and operate using time when it was in more than indoor temperature 28 degrees Celsius or humidity more than 70% as an indication and, also, do temperature difference with fresh air with less than 5 degrees Celsius. We adjust to see the situation of temperature and humidity, but want to act so that it is for as possible citizen's in comfortable environment. On the other hand, we hope that we have you understand to energy saving measures as the agency supports in Cool Biz (light dress work) as power saving measures in the summertime.
